This is great work! Greenbox bought Sky, which own Cultivate. So in essence, Greenbox just upgraded their approach to things. Good to see that they are looking to make MTrac and Greenbox more efficient. MTrac is going to have access to all of newly added engineers. These type of synergies can lower costs and increase effectiveness. Sky does a billion in transactions and the more we are associated with big players the more likely we are to be respected and adopted by larger costumers like municipalities. I which Greenbox would absorb MTrac or something so that we are not such a small company. We already rely heavily on them for success.
