Maybe NASDAQ is just overwhelmed right now. According to this internal directive from the DEA, CVSI's product is not federally illegal, so the Farm Bill should not be necessary for NASDAQ to pass. There is a reason that CVSI can ALREADY ship to all 50 states, because they aren't breaking the law.
