Value. 1.7's was below the company's value. Eventually these periods of buying opportunies will be gone and 'coulda, shoulda, woulda' Will be the mantra.
Unfortunately we do not have much in the way of 'steady hands' - no institutional investors to speak of so we float on the air currents and they will stay away until the weed is federally legal and that won't happen without adult leadership in congress.
