Wrong. DOD awarding a contract has nothing to do with the SEC. I'm sure TMPS is up to date on their unaudited financial statements and more than likely a draft audit is available.
Nice try. Not. No company can get a contract with bad business credit. If you are not current in financial reporting, it is a substantial risk. Who would take that risk? I would. Says no one.
