Yes! Lorenco stated a return to shareholders is coming when the shorts least expect it.

We already have the money and ore pricing has been through the roof.

He also said a share buy back is also in order which I would imagine would come first which will move the stock extremely prior to the dividend.

Either way it's coming in short order from what I gathered from the CEO's own words.
