I think you are right in seeing how Renteria was involved. In historical PR's it says:

Has joined the company????? Lie or is can he be held accountable for this scam??

In 2014, New Colombia Resources purchased a rock crushing plant from Mr. Renteria for their mining operations in Guaduas, Colombia.

Was this a legitimate purchase?
