I like number 3 and number 5. I still need to do some DD to verify 1 and 2 and 4.

I don't believe 6 (I would never buy a stock due to an assertion of a large NSS position - I don't believe that a significant issue here).

7 is irrelevant (and sits behind number 5 anyway - cap is what matters, not pps).

SO, for me, worth a look but not yet a slam dunk.
