As this has been said countless times (is this thing on?), the Delaware debt has to be negotiated and taken care of before share reduction and name change can happen. SB mentioned that he at first made every legal attempt to NOT pay, but now knows there's no way around this debt. It has been negotiated down and he will get it done. And it's THAN, not then.

These aren’t “bumps” in the road , they are outright lies and more and more people are starting to see through it, that’s why the pps cannot move.

In your opinion. ONCI will rise to the occasion IMO. Because that's all we have here are opinions based on due diligence.
