It appears someone with a lot of shares has been systematically unloading them at the bid for weeks now. Clearly whoever that is doesn't think -or actually knows- this isn't going higher. I'm on record as saying I think the culprit is Cann10-Israel. If Josh comes back from that conference next week without a merger deal then I think this stock is quite possibly doomed. The two could be conspiring to drain BLDV and use the funds to start fresh on the Canadian exchange as long rumored. Ultimately there's nothing to stop Josh from spinning off Cann10-NA as he did with other assets. No one can stop him.

BLDV was/still is a "dirty shell" due to the quasi-illegal antics of previous management over a decade ago. That likely means an audit will uncover a pile of skeletons. And it's share structure is also a mess. IMO all this and more is why the selling continues
