Like putting together a puzzle I’ve been working on for several years now I’m still finding pieces that are changing the overall perspective. I could of just let go my shares but they were purchased on a great hunch and a lot dd I’d done prior and I remember thinking this is a great opportunity that will help with my sons plans to go to college - a be whatever he wants to be and he’s getting older now almost time to go off to college so they best fix those filings and get this thing trading

I want to trust Mr Lloyd Jr and I’m sure his dad would want him to do better for everyone - that has trusted him and his son and seeing that the company has 3558 ... followers on LinkedIn.com now I’m guessing there are a lot of folks depending on his actions

The crash of oil prices in 2014 probably added nails to the coffin here at the time. That oil price issue has reversed recently. So if there was still life here the last 3-4 years it might be restarting.

But unless those in control of the corporation BOD want, have a reason and the tools needed to take it public again, or want to buy out shareholder, I doubt we will ever anything here.

Being dark, they can do what ever they want, and never tell us what they did, unless forced to do so in court. And that is a fools game where you take good money and torch it.

Now if someone wanted to take it over and insiders were willing to give it up, there might be a future. Last time that was tried, I think insiders killed, because of greed. But I have no proof.
