Leo had many irons in fire for years and not taking anything to completion. That is why market does not believe him in completing anything and SP is a ‘quarter’

Dr P had past good track record but when he was hired, he was running a consulting firm and was not with any big pharma. Why?

The so called pipeline is a myth. The term sheet does not even include his most successful trial B-ABSSI - why?

No debt is not a great thing - running business on public money is key to success for many co - if products were so promising, he would have moved at least one trial to P3 by adding debt. So it has not been good strategy.


Market is not stupid - there are strong reasons market threw this stock in gutter. So consider this before investing in this company.

You do realize that anyone can easily verify that all of Leo’s former companies have ended in total failure, right? Leo has destroyed shareholder wealth at every stop. And no, I am not only talking about his employment directly before ipix. Every company where Leo was ceo, chairman, director...you name it...has ended in total failure.

Potential investors need to know Leo’s track record of failure.
