Right, everyone read that. But that doesn't say that this district where CLDC will be focused accounts for 20% of China's GDP, nor does it also account for the region accounting for 1/3 of chinas export/imports. Additionally, it looks like todays volume has eclipsed all trading days ytd, outside of 6/26 at 10m in volume that day. Think we are onto something.
