The Nipton management agreement says that AG gets 20% of the operating income. If there is no net profit after expenses AG doesn’t get paid. Unfortunately we don’t have the CANX fins to see how much income was brought in to begin with.

There is a pretty hefty typo on your machine sales line. You overshot it by $800,000.

How would Nipton generate any revenue? Do they even own it anymore...what a scam
