Um....it could also mean the opposite....The news could be very GOOD and maybe they want the noteholders to be able to sell gradually on the way up, at higher prices when there is a lot of volume and buyers wanting in, so the price won't drop. George Sharp is holding all of his shares into the news, so that says a lot right there
