If the FDA gives the green light to submit the BLA it will be submitted by Feb 2019. By Oct 2019 the FDA should have a decision.

HSGX burns about $4M per quarter according to their last 10Q. So the $17M they’re raising now should get them through for a year.

They will probably have to issue more shares, unless they bring in licensing money from Japan or stateside partnerships between now and then.
