A minor point but relevant. The KB 500k salary being cited doesnt include the annual up to 50% cash bonus from the compensation committee eg. Sidranksky. Its virtually automatic, or has been historically. Add in the 150k raise bonus, now it's a 900k cash package. BOD stipend, hes on the board so its 40K, but check that one. 1.9%+ MINIMUM of the current 50 mill annual cash burn. If He puts up numbers, nobody cares what he makes, otherwise at least be accurate what KB stands to gain just showing up to work. Hes working off the sure thing, cash... Not the derivatives. Though obviously he would benefit from increased valuation on those. That's how I view it. Good luck
