I don't think the suit against Seeburger matters as far as RMHB goes. It may matter to justify Jerry's position in the original case. Just a note, bankruptcy is out of the question as everybody looses. its all guess work and we have to wait for the answers. I can tell you the company did some illegal manipulations to get where they are today and I am sure Jerry will bring that to the attention of the court.
