I certainly hope so. I think a lot of people are selling because there's continual negative news.
However if they were going down, they'd probably try selling as opposed to relocating. Come to Cleveland get a constant wind above 100 feet on a turbine, and its not too hot.
I think one should examine a very similar situation where the Chairman/CEO was charged with securities fraud and the company died within weeks or a couple of months: FNRG. It hasn't traded a share since then, which was at least a cuppla years ago.
The PPS is frozen at 3.11 - the last trade - over two years ago.
