Why do you call it a pump and dump? Do you anticipate CVI will sell or short the stock if it moves up? Why would they do that? Good news should change the momentum of the stock for good.
I’m pretty sure CVI has already made money in this investment. How? They shorted heavily before this secondary and likely have already covered. They might keep warrants just in case. In case you didn’t know CVI never holds their shares longer than 6 months. Pump and dump is not their forte.
