They screwed this up big time. The story for this one was beautiful with all the government contracts and hell, even the float was nice. If mangement would've cooled off the dilution, this probably would have had a chance breaking a nickel.
623M float still isn't that bad in OTC. With all the volume coming back to OTC, I excpect another run here.
