I thought you were right the first time:

Now you think that the case is settled and you seem happy with the prospect that IPIX has been precluded from discussing or considering any offers involving B-OM/IBD that might have been contemplated by the other 19 NDAs.


If true, this obviously advantages the prospective buyer:
"...90% of the time...even a Non-binding term sheet will contain a time restriction during which acquirer has at least 90 days to complete DD and the target company cannot talk to or negotiate with any other potential acquirer."
