Well, "big" (aka fat) Addison Bachmann was one of them. Fatt Addy, known for the Baja Pools scam, was one of the promoters at a lunch with "Bill" in Las Vegas where the scheme of lies for promoters to use to pump this turd was hatched.

Fatt Addy was also one of the promoters of crooked televangelist Gene Scott, and no doubt he used his list of former Gene Scott suckers as a prospect list for ginning up sucker buyers of "Bill's" FITX scam.
