It's possible that SIAF will retain 36.6% even after the distribution.

Either SIAF will retain 36.6%, or, it's 18.3% plus $62.3M in TRW debt.

We simply can't be sure at this stage. Something can be said for both scenarios, based on the information we have today.

I hope you are right. It would mean enormously much for the valuation of Siaf. Previously, it was said that the dividend must be awaited until the loan is completed because lenders want Siaf to control Tri Way. If Siaf still owns 36.6%, they still have the majority together with the early investors.
