SIAF owns 36.6% of TRW as of Q4/2017 and still does today. It will drop to 18.3% after the distribution if they follow the initial plan.

The 18.3% figure is familiar to me, I'm quite sure that these are the shares that the partners intended to "IPO" with the Hong Kong listing in order to be able to bay back the debt to SIAF

Solomon has been talking about distributing half of SIAF 36.6%, i.e 18.3%, for a long time.

Are you saying that TRW might use the pre-IPO shares to repay SIAFs debt in addition to the 36.6% SIAF already owns, and that SIAF/TRW now will distribute those share and SIAF will retain 36.6%? If so; any back-up to that?
