employee compensation if needed such as in a merger or acquisition:.

If some people only knew that Goldman, Crockett, Olsen, Kaminski, Oshinski, Fagon and others have giant blocks of shares along with Dalton that will be updated as soon as we are legally allowed to move forward and will NOT be in the float. I honestly feel sorry for the naysayers lads. Oh how sad it is to not see things that are as clear as day chaps!

I provided the information from 2018, not old 2010 info

just because shares may be labeled as unrestricted, it does not mean those shares are in the float.

Thanks, did not know that - do you have an example as to what type shares are unrestricted but not available for trading or in the float?
