Definitely a good thing since OTCM has banned previous ceo.
CCTL can move forward and upload their financials on OTCM now.
The following is from July 24 Pr.

The company expects to have its corporate registration completely up to date with the Nevada Secretary of State by July 30th, 2018. Furthermore, the company expects to complete its financial statements up to and including the latest quarter by that same date. The financials will be uploaded to the OTC Markets website, once the application to bring its profile up to date has been approved. The company expects that to occur within 21 days. All required fees will be submitted imminently, after which OTC Markets will dictate the processing time.
