My speculation was that Fredly threatens to sue because of his loss, and that Solomon offers him cheap stock (over the market) to compensate.

And I'm trying to tell you it probably won't happen. Solomon would have to give most of us extra shares ;-)

Solomon has been offering cheap shares over the market for the past year, that’s why everyone is angry, and the shares need to come from somewhere.

I think good news could be close, I mean someone has been buying a lot of shares lately.
