Thank you. Yes - I believe CG is in breach of his fiduciary responsibilities here. He's playing with fire and taking the risk that shareholders are #1 Unorganized #2 Not large enough to push back and #3 Not willing to spend the $$$$$ on litigation. All of which he is most likely correct on, lol.
