Otcmarkets had AS @ 12 billion, they just cut it in half man. Dilution was like 300 million, 1.25 billion of the OS were exchanged for preferred shares in April, it is in the filings, should be rectified as well.

Not saying 300 million is chicken scratch, but in the grand scheme of things, not too heavy...
