Stating the facts is not bashing. That the management resurected a corpes years ago, no one can negate that but whatever they presumably did since (???) is a well garded secret.

By the way, the court decision generating the rebirth of the situation is now 6,5 years old (March 26, 2012).
Not only is management not acting as efficiently as one should expect but they do not even generate activities significant enough to inform the shareholders.
Pesonally I certainly would not refer to a management having done the GOOD you refer to since they won their case 6.5 years ago.
