The TA (Transfer Agent) Is Ungagged, meaning We can call them and get the most up to date Share Structure. When Companies Dilute, they Gag the TA ( meaning they can not give out any info on share structure) THIS IS A VERY BIG DEAL, also Company has Explicitly told us share holders THERE IS NO DILUTION and there have been NO CONVERSIONS for many years.
