Why not produce a good product and sell it then the price will take care of itself. That makes too much sense they would rather promote the stock.

I dont think this was pre loaded since there hasnt been a lot of shares loaded in a few months. Volume has been really low. Two things: I think either they are trying to bring awareness to the company as they have tangible products for sale, or using the promo to off load some shares.
