I have 2 other scenarios too;

One of which ——everything changed upon the Term Sheet in August. Adding an umbrella IBD indication is very powerful. Look at the low end 2 billion dollar deals recently up to the 8 billion dollar IBD deals. That is strong. Much much much stronger than OM alone. OM alone you were looking at 10-20 million upfront or so...with trial costs paid thru milestones potentially. With IBD....we are talking game changer and we could see the ink dry any day. IMO. Just prior to Nov presentation.

Second——BTD was initially denied and resubmitted - this could be what deal is waiting on.
