I was fashioning my answer towards the poster that I was replying to. I'm not leaning in any direction, and it all depends on what P*RA wants to do.

I believe that whatever the method is for the reorganization, it looks to be beneficial to NOUV regardless. A buyback would certainly be awesome, anything is possible. P*RA should say what their plans are next Thursday.
