It’s not a matter of me agreeing with what Ken has done. It’s a matter of we don’t know what alternatives he has had, if any. For example, what was his other viable option instead of the offering under those terms? Did he have any? Who knows? The guidance on possible AXAL wind down may be bad news but he was being responsible in disclosing it. If it does happen, and without warning, the same people would be griping that he should have warned us.
