This doesn't look good for cmgo case. Didn't they just get new lawyers not that long ago?

Here, for all those that want to see where items were redacted, etc.:

Motion to Withdraw - Redacted

Counsel wants to meet and explain why they want out in camera (privately). This seems a bit unusual, at least to me, but these are not the first attorneys to have irreconcilable differences with Glenn.

I'm reminded of the first excuse made (but never proven or shown).

As for one of the firms having backed out during this period of time, the possible reason that comes to mind after speaking with an attorney I know who handles civil cases, is the likelihood that during the discovery a conflict of interest had taken place. Of course that is my opinion based on the conversation I had with the attorney. I certainly don't see it being a weakness in the case itself given all of the evidence that has been submitted and the fact the other law firm is still aggressively pursuing the case.

After speaking to my uncle in the nursing home that watched a Matlock and Columbo marathon on TVLand, one of the things that came to mind is the likelihood that Glenn is pouting about not getting his way, refusing to follow the Judge's orders, or trying to go down an illegal path, which the attorneys cannot ethically follow. Of course that is my opinion based on Glenn's past repetitive patterns of actions. I see this as a huge weakness to the case.

Remind me again, in what way is Glenn good for the shareholders?!?!
