I think you are right. The NV SOS site has shown Coleman Smith and Green Zebra as NNSR, for at least a month, which is one reason I felt pretty confident that this merger was the real deal, contrary to some who were posting otherwise here. I think they are updating the share count and details (not sure what details). I believe this must be a step they have to take to become current on the OTC and legal with NV.
