IMO. IPIX needed cash fast. Possible reasons:
Legal Fees for Deal about to be signed.
Manufacturing Partners
CRO
More First Class Flights (wink)

IPIX got the money and set milestones that sounded great to the average investor...Milestones...wink
So the market jumped and aspire was able to unload from the .50s down on 8 million .25's. .......Great Return wink
No milestones were ever going to be hit...maybe 10% chance BTD
Retail fell as SP fell. Strong hands buying fear.

I think Leo is smart enough to know exactly what would really occur in the above scenario. I think Leo knows where this is going. Look out to those betting against.

Now through all doubt. IPIX will deliver and hit all milestones...all in the while saving 10's of millions of shares.
