You know what else amazes me. The lack of management depth and the lack of a succession plan. You have a chain smoking CEO, who frankly wouldn't be much of a loss in my estimation, a part-time US based dunder-head CFO who appears not even involved with the loan negotiations and a Chief Scientist who spent his whole career in Aquaculture and suddenly forgets what seems to work. Well if anything happens to any of these guys and from point of view, no big loss, there is no one on the bench. What a circus.
