Interesting post. Entuit Inc does have a share agreement with NOUV, which makes sense that they would utilize their technology with P*RA.

For the chance of dramatically increasing sales through P*RA, this could be why Jeff Burns is surrendering his ownership of NOUV... imo.

That's an interesting insight/speculation. I had previously wondered of all shell companies to use for a reverse merger why did PURA choose NOUV. That is a possible explanation.
