If it is on hold can you do anything about it? I have been here along longer then you and all we can do is wait until it happens. All the guess work in the world is not going to change it. Sit back and wait or sell for 1s.

Got another email from Ron.

Sir,

I am NOW responding to shareholders in order to deal with these issues:-

1) We had issues dealing with OTCIQ Login to upload the Update on OTC Markets; we are dealing with this issues in the morning; USA EST time.

2) EVERYTHING we stated in respect of our planned JV is unchanged.

3) You are no doubt fully aware from our updates that we outsourced editing and a “clean up” our TWELVE outstanding Quarterly and Annual Reports was outsourced to third parties; then further complicated by successful renegotiation of certain of the Company’s Mining Exploration Properties. This resulted in them having to go “back to the drawing board” to restate the aforesaid Financial Reports. Due to the financial materially of the same. The third parties we outsourced to; are (a) are observing all of the Jewish holidays which has caused material delays and (b) we are not their only client; they are doing their best.

4) We are updating our shareholders of other matters that we believe will be of interest and allow them to draw their own conclusions from facts that we are providing in the aforementioned update.

5) We WILL update our shareholders tomorrow, Wednesday; as soon as we are able to do so.

6) I have now just confirmed these facts on our Twitter Account.
