And now we get an 8-k saying the SEC may suspend trading or revoke the registration of the shares due to no financials. Hollis has been sitting on the notice for a week.

I doubt anything comes of it, but maybe this will prod them along to get those financials filed. They’ve now had 3 months since the settlement with the SEC. Considering the relative size of the fund, and the fact that summer is a slow time for auditors, I would hope they’re getting close.

An interesting question is what multiple of book this should trade at once the financials are released? I don’t think there’s any way it trades close to book value until/unless they can show that they can still earn a decent ROE.
