In short, this was an empty shell that Bauman’s wife and Arcaro worked on filling. They terminated custodianship yesterday and we are currently awaiting the announcement of the new merger company into this shell. The announcement will happen at anytime...the float is estimated around 30-40m...don’t have these exact #s, but we’ll know soon enough
