I believe the restructuring will be favorable for two reasons:

1. P*RA shareholders will be receiving NOUV shares, so the restructuring is not meant for dilutive purposes.

2. NOUV management holds a large amount of restricted shares. Approximately 4+ Billion since the last report on OTC Markets. The restructuring will also affect these shares.

All imo.
