I’m not sure how that statement implies that. The only relationship that Nanobeak has with VNTH is the agreement between the 2 companies that VNTH sublicensed the NASA license for narcotics from Nanobeak. Obviously there are certain royalty fees that VNTH has to pay Nanobeak for use of license. Beyond that they are separate companies. Heck Nanobeak doesn’t even reference VNTH on it’s website.
Do you really think they will file 10-Q? The last 10-Q was filed on 3/16/18 for the 10-Q that was due 9/30/16. We haven’t heard a peep from the company. Filings are out dated and they have been designated as a non-reporting company.
