I was on the phone with customer service because my order would not go through their website. Why did he tell me it would be shipped Tuesday if they knew there was a delay due to drought and give me some kind of timeline?

If there really is "unforeseen high demand". One would think that could be good for shareholders and should be reflected in the next earnings report with higher numbers.

Really difficult to know what's misinformation, and what's not, right now... Some saying no issues with shipping... some saying delays delays, very confusing.

Anyone else want to chime in as to whether they are getting their products on time?

One thing is for sure, their face book marketing campaigns and new blog are releasing new material very often. So its not all gloom and doom. Marketing is currently pushing hard.

ps. management are you listening? how about fixing or clarifying these shipping issues once and for all...
