Stop. There’s no reason to believe thats the case here. Sure on paper we look ok, but in order to be bought out the practice of the business needs to be cleaner.

I would certainly hope that is not afoot: such price-fixing and manipulation would not be ethical or legal, I suspect. All involved would go DOWN.
