You need a lot of luck with this. That said, if HERB is being acquired then your best bet would be, soon.

Something can be said for holding on to HERB and selling SIAF. I'm certainly not letting go of my 50k HERB under any circumstance.

I don't like the "end of the month" in your statement :-(
Seems to me that both HERB and SIAF are the kind of "buy and forget, come back in a decade", but SIAF does have the possibility to turn around in a "few weeks" (and I don't mean by Solomon-language). Whether it will is a different question
