I know Dasmortes...I track them and several others. I introduced Safetraces as a potential competitor 3 years ago when they just started under the new name, formerly DNAtrek. I have been doing this with multiple potential and/or existing competitors and will continue doing that. Good I am not alone, although I do question your WHY, based on your history of posts here. For me it just adds to increasing marketawareness for all tech like Safetraces and Adnas.
I think food is no focus for adnas and perhaps never will be.... but who knows?
