or if the word is true that they did this to look more attractive to buyers...then you have assume something could be coming soon on that...they wrapped up this sale in short order...any interested buyers would likely have had some sort of deal being worked on..as they know this sale would cause attention and the price to rise...I figure if buyout is the deal some offers and numbers are already in place...
